Any design created using the text tools and images available through the site are in no way the exclusive property of the customer who assembled the design. T-Shirtfrog.com retains the right to display such designs or offer them (or variations) to other customers.
T-shirtfrog.com reserves the right to reject any order that it considers libelous, prejudice or obscene, or otherwise inappropriate according to the standards established by the FCC.
You agree that you will not use t-shirtfrog.com to create any design that is unlawful or infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
